Friends, Family, and Co-conspirators!

Just a quick note to let you guys know we had a great show on October 24th at the Mule Spinner in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada, near the shores of Lake Ontario. Chris Birkett & This Mad Desire played an exciting first show together as one unit. We played classic TMD numbers like Operators Are Standing By and Open Hearts Open Minds as well as Chris's tunes like The Voice and My Beating Heart.

Thank you to Nicole Christian for opening, Conrad Sichler for emceeing, Mische Christie for the great poster art, and Glen Marshall and the team at the Mule Spinner for hosting. Thanks to everyone who came to the show from all over the place. We even had Scarlett Gillespie -who was running for Mayor in Hamilton- show up. (She didn't win but she did well!)

The show was recorded and there will be a future Live EP and professionally shot videos of the show. We have quite a few projects we're working on upcoming so stay tuned.

Of course, I immediately hopped back into movie-making. I was telling the guys that my phone buzzed onstage for my Sunday morning booking and I replied Yes to the text and then looked at Abe to see his drumstick coming down for beat one and I was back into the music, baby! Never missed a beat!!

Stand Up And Dream Again!
